A Woman’s Worth Foundation Inc. is a not-for-profit Christian organization founded in 2006 by Dr. Siohvaughn L. Funches, with a mission to transform lives through the life-changing truths found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Inspired by God, the Foundation aims to touch individual lives for the better, ultimately impacting the world as a whole.
Support for Domestic Violence Survivors
The Foundation offers comprehensive services to those who have overcome domestic violence and its devastating effects. Key initiatives include The Safe Haven of Hope, a transitional shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence. Additionally, Dr. Funches, with over a decade of specialized training in Domestic Violence and Abuser Intervention, provides Professional Domestic Violence Counseling. The Foundation also supports these survivors with essential resources such as clothing, food, and practical preparation for career interviews.
Empowerment and Restoration of Women
Beyond supporting domestic violence survivors, A Woman’s Worth Foundation focuses on the broader restoration and empowerment of women. This is achieved through a variety of initiatives, including literary works, Bible studies, public speaking engagements, entrepreneur empowerment seminars, and live conferences.
